Delete your account

For the Kabbik Reads Android application (com.kabbik.ebook_app).

You can ask us to delete your Kabbik Reads account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

To request deletion: email support@wondersoftsolution.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent from the email address registered to the account — or, if you signed up by phone, include that mobile number in the message.

1. How the request is handled

We reply within 3 working days to confirm we received the request and to verify the account is yours.
Once verified, we delete the data listed below within 30 days.
We email you to confirm when the deletion is complete.

We verify ownership before deleting anything. This protects you from someone else requesting deletion of your library — it is the only reason for the extra step.

2. What gets deleted

All of the following are permanently removed:

Your account identity — name, mobile number, email address, Google account identifier, and profile picture
Your sign-in credentials — stored PIN or password hash, and any pending verification codes
Your profile preferences — chosen categories, language, and theme
Your library and cart contents
Your reading positions, per-day reading sessions, and reading statistics
Your bookmarks, highlights, and saved quotes
Any reviews or ratings you posted

3. What is retained, and why

4. What deletion means for your books

Deleting your account ends access to every book purchased under it. Purchases are tied to the account, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be restored after deletion. If you want to keep reading books you have paid for, do not delete the account.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot undo it once complete.

5. Removing data from your device only

If you only want to clear the books cached on your phone and keep your account, you do not need to contact us — uninstall the app, or clear its storage from Android Settings → Apps → Kabbik Reads → Storage. This removes the offline copies from the device and leaves your account and purchases intact.
